I had my 6 month appointment with my cardiologist last week. I mentioned my Omega 3 capsules. He told me if I ever got an aftertaste from them, I should freeze them and then it wouldn’t happen. So let’s consider ways to reduce inflammation in our bodies. Changing our diets can be a big factor….cutting out (or at least down) on processed goods…. eating foods in their natural state….cutting down on sugar (it is everywhere and in processed foods you would never suspect)………eating lean meats, etc.
My cardiologist again gave me other ideas—include Cinnamon, Turmeric and Moringa Leaf in your diet!! Hmmmm…good idea but how much is enough to really help? Where do I find Moringa Leaf??—he says I can grow it!! Turmeric—he says to add it to salads or soups.
